Communion or the Holy Supper is uniquely a Christian ritual. Its origin is the last supper that Jesus had with his disciples. Christians in the first century celebrated all their gatherings with the communion, meaning eating a meal together. We explore the meaning and significance of communion, and how and why it is relevant to us.
