These days there is an abundance of books, talks, and even TV shows about spiritualism and being spiritual. Yet at the same time, overall most of us do not feel that we live, talk, and behave in a more spiritual way than previous generations. I reflect on what it actually means to be spiritual, and why being spiritual is much harder than how it is commonly believed.
