How might we find joy and inner, heavenly peace amidst these troubled times? The darkest days of the year come in December, but with them, rich Christian traditions that celebrate the persistence of light; from St. Lucia Day in Sweden to our beloved English carols about stars and wonder. Sometimes we need to go through the dark in order to see the light.
